About
The LLW Principle
The people and situations you attract are based on two things: a set of core values that govern your future actions and decisions; and the qualities you desire in all relationships. The combination of the two is your unique identifier among billions, and is the foundation to living a well defined life.
Here’s the catch...
Most of us were not taught how to define either a personal set of core values, or the qualities we desire in relationships. As a result in relationships, we adopt our parents (or care givers) patterns, behaviors and decision making skills, which create the anxiety you feel when continuing to find Mr./Miss Wrong, making the same mistakes even though you know better, or being in a marriage but not being able to figure out what needs to be improved. Since you haven’t learned to define what it is you DO want, you seek out relationships based what you observed. Love is a pattern you learned.
In other areas such as work or friends, you may spend years learning through trial and error, and often times repeating the same mistakes, or feeling as if something is missing, all of which create self doubt and inner conflict. Living a well defined life means attracting friends and colleagues that are aligned with your Core Values.

History / About Joseph Stuczynski
Joe is the founder, author and CEO of Living and Loving Well [LLW], a personal development course that teaches people (self guided or personal coaching) how to create their own 'spiritual blueprint'.
Prior to LLW, Joe had been working for 10 yrs as a Sr. Project Manager in the Information Technology area of a Fortune 250 Company. His responsibility was to assist in the creation of the corporate values, strategic direction and mission of the IT organization. It was here that he saw the potential of establishing both values and mission statements which had the power to: help employees make better decisions; create cohesiveness; build common ground between various levels in the organization; and establishing clear direction. Applying these practices to individuals eventually became the foundation to the LLW course. His experience corporate experience also includes managing large-scale global deployments, business process reengineering, and strategic planning. In 2005 he became a PMI certified (PMP) Project Manager and continues to work as a Project Management Consultant.
From a different angle, Joe was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio where he exhibited psychic abilities from an extremely early age. As a young adulthood into his early 30’s he experienced the world from a metaphysical perspective, where he nurtured his skills as a channel and medium. Eventually he decided to ‘retire’ and focus his spiritual energies into creating Living and Loving Well and other ‘practical’ methodologies.
Joe currently lives in Plainfield, NJ with his partner, Larry and their two dogs (Bea and Earl), where they spend their time fixing up their old house and hanging out with friends. Joe is on the Board of Trustees for the Plainfield Public Library, as well as Board Vice President for the Plainfield Symphony, which just had its 90th anniversary as the second oldest community orchestra in the country. On the side Joe is also an Ordained Minister, web developer, an avid gardener, an aspiring photographer and comedian, established a local book club going on it’s fifth year, and is starting a new initiative called Assembly Project, whose goal is to bring different factions of people together through common purpose and mission.
