How is this different than coaching?
The Living and Loving Well course focuses on the exercises and principles in the LLW coursework and is accomplished in less than 6 weeks. Life coaching is a longer comittment and works at exposing obstacles and creating strategies for achieving your goals and dreams. LLW is a great complement to coaching because your life coach can validate your goals against your 'spiritual blueprint'.
Can you describe the coursework?

No, the majority of all sessions take place over the phone and interet so you can relax in the privacy of your own home while we work. If you would like to meet in person, arrangements can be made in NYC, or central NJ.
What is a life statement? Can you give an example?
A life statement can also be called a personal mantra or mission statement. It's a phrase that supports your core values and life categories, written in your own words, and about YOU. Life Statements are truly unique to each individual. Once created, life statements should be repeated daily.
Example: I honor my individuality, creativity and faith, so that I will continue growing as a self aware, rooted, and compassionate human being. I recognize the importance of being flexible and seeing life as a vast, limitless bucket of options.
