Welcome to Living and Loving Well [LLW],
your first step toward self discovery and inner truth.
Have you ever wondered what makes you tick? Not just the simple things but who are you at the core?
What are your values?
How do you define a healthy relationship?
Do you have personal mission statements?
LLW is a self discovery course designed for men and women who seek a deeper understanding of themselves and have a solid willingness to create positive change.
LLW helps you define your 'Spiritual Blueprint', which can also be described as your spiritual foundation, core self or higher self. It's a series of personal development exercises that create better decision making, help you atract healthier relationships, and make you feel better about yourself. In a nutshell, LLW gets you back in touch with yourself.
This course is built on the basic principle that most of us were not taught how to define ourselves, the roles we play, or the qualities we desire in relationships. As a result, we adopt our parents (or care givers) patterns, behaviors and decision making skills, and since we haven’t learned to define what it is we DO want, we seek out people and situations that are based on what we observed as children.
"Self examination is the key to inner prosperity."
This is often why people say, 'He acts just like his father' or 'Why do I keep attracting the same type of guys. I know better' or 'She married her father' or 'Why do my friends keep turning on me?' or quite simply, 'Who am I'?
The LLW course can be accomplished on your own using the LLW Field Guide or in 6 weeks with the help of a LLW instructor. Regardless of the path you choose, it's a wonderful pre-cursor to life coaching and/or therapy because you'll walk away with a clearly defined blueprint of yourself, as well as the awareness of who you are and what you want.
