Presentation Topics
Redefine life on your own terms
This is an energetic and thought provoking discussion on the principles in Joe’s new book, “Living and Loving Well”. We all want to attract fulfilling people and situations in our lives but are often prevented from doing so because of patterns we observed in our care givers. Oftentimes we just don’t know any better. Learn how to redefine life on your own terms by eliminating unhealthy patterns and recognizing your own spirit. The information in this lecture applies to love, work, family and friends, and is intended for all audiences.
Developing the employee [or team] strategic direction
Everyone should be given the tools to become the best that they can be. One of the quickest ways to raise personal awareness is to develop one’s core values and supporting life statements. Values are every man’s right and privilege, they’re non-denominational and do not adhere to any specific religion, government or educational institution. This lecture is an extension on the current corporate model of developing a powerful strategic direction as a means to increase overall decision making, increase cohesiveness in the staff, as well as get all layers in the company ‘on the same page’. The power behind this discussion is that it applies these successfully proven techniques on an employee or team level.
Aligning employee values with the corporate vision
Companies thrive when employees are appreciated, so it’s no surprise that the larger the company the greater the chance of losing individuals in the corporate matrix. Core values guide our decision-making process and can range from how we choose our friends to our charitable actions or to the level of honor we exhibit in difficult situations. Value are often described as virtues, beliefs, guiding principles or ideals that provide: inner happiness; increased confidence; better decision-making; fulfilling relationships; create balance; clearer direction; and greater personal awareness. Similarly, corporation spend millions of dollars each year to create their own values and mission to help guide employees, who can oftentimes feel disconnected to the larger corporate vision.
This discussion takes the bold step of aligning individual core values with the broader focus of the organization.
